10% Federal flat tax on corporations (currently 35% & highest in world). This 10% rate would attract a huge rush of businesses to locate in US and create jobs.
10% Federal flat tax on individuals
5% State/Local tax (total - they can sort out how much to each)
But it’s not FAIR if the rich pay only 10%!!!

If the 16th Amendment isn’t repealed, the FDR income tax will come back.
