It makes sense when you think about it. Some pundit announced that New Hampshire would be the bellweather for the entire election. If Scott Brown won early, then it would mark an avalanche for the GOP. So the MSM - Democrat Party operatives - figured they could swing the election by swinging the report on New Hampshire.

ABC 'co-hosted' the debate between Brown and Shaheen here in Red Hampshire...George Stephanopolous (?) was on-site to moderate with local media, and who was it that called NH for Shaheen a few hours ago? ABC.
You're right...it may very well have been a ploy by ABC/MSM to steer the momentum.
