I think Roberts will win. The polls are dead even, but we normally don’t get national attention, so I’m not sure the polling companies have a good ‘baseline’ to poll us with - particularly the race for this seat, which is usually a blowout. Also, 4 years ago we passed voter ID, so we have very little history to go off of, considering it is a lot harder to cheat now.

And I don’t think people are accounting for how offensive the whole Orman scheme is to a lot of us. Its clearly driven by national players...any idiot can see that...but Orman and company continue to lie about that. IOW, somebody thinks we’re too dumb to figure out we’re being swindled. That will drive people to the polls.

And I started hearing odd commercials last week. The commercials were bluntly accusing Orman of being pro-abortion, and clearly stating that Roberts was pro-life. Normally politicians are scared to run on a pro-life platform (they shouldn’t be). But these were loud and clear...and a lot of fence sitters who may have leaned Orman probably bailed out when they heard that.

I think Roberts will win by 5 points and Orman will go on the ash heap of history...hope I’m right.

And the irony is that Brownback was a very vulnerable governor...but the anti-Orman turnout may drag him across the finish line.

I LOVE your analysis and prediction-—hope and pray it is all accurate. The polls have the race tighter than a bullfrog’s behind.

I paid to get out of our parking lot. Gave some dogs that were hanging around treats I had in the car.
