Nobody. We’re no longer divided cleanly on into an us and them world. The “leader of the free world” was just the head of us, now we don’t even know who us is, can’t really have a leader.

Harper, Merkel, and Netanyahu all rate consideration. Czar Vladimir I does not qualify, but might claim to be Defender of the Faith. Cameron is a heavyweight only in comparison to Obama, but Farage of the UKIP would definitely be in the running if he were prime minister.
Zero might be styled Offender of the Faith, but "beer so light the foam is on the bottom" also comes to mind.
