Not familiar with the TX ballot, but that looks like a lousy cut and paste job to me. Blue borders don’t line up, avid (not David) Dewhurst with the party affiliation removed.
He was on my ballot last week.
I contacted them and they have a team on it.
Before getting too worked up over this, looking at the right side of the image, it appears to me that this may be a scrolling screen, and Abbott’s name may have been unintentionally scrolled up out of sight.
In the photo, I can see the top edge of another little white box below the (LIB) candidate. What is in that?
I’m all for identifying and eliminating vote and election fraud, but I need to see a photo that shows more of the surrounding area on that screen before I will believe Abbott’s name is completely missing from the list.
