Unhappy and frustrated, millions of racist haters toting Bibles and clinging to firearms are flocking to the polls today to persecute President Obama and other public servants.

Democrat Keisha Matlock, a 38-year-old college student, wonders aloud,”Why do we even vote?” as she casts her ballot for Democrats.

LOL I don’t know if you’ll ever see more examples of irony in a single sentence!
I’m in quite a good mood. I just finished voting, and enjoyed every minute of it.
They left out “single mother”, but I’m betting that applies as well.
I got one of those “I voted” stickers, but modified it.
“I legitimized the plunder”
Just waiting on msnbc to label this election as a ‘lynching’. Should be anytime now
Don’t forget the unicorn farts!!!
“Sour?” How about “LIVID?!”
Hope & Change = Liberalism = Failure
Every time it’s tried.
“Why do we even vote?”
.
I voted, but that question was constantly in the back of my mind — Demokrat or Demokrat Light?
***Matlock sees “constant griping back and forth about who’s right. And, who’s going to do this. And, who’s going to do that in office. Sometimes, they say these things and they never do it when they get in there.”***
The answer to this is for government to stay within the confines of the Constitution, then candidates can’t promise you anything but protection of your inalienable rights. No disappointments.
How does that sound, Keisha?
Democrats losing is “sour.”
Democrats winning is “sweet.”
No media bias here!
Move along....
I think the voting process would be better if there was a “33% Citizen’s VETO”.
Here is how it works.
In every election there is a “No confidence” option that if it gets over 33% the two top candidates parties have to pick TWO NEW people to run in a runoff that is then simple majority two choice election.
What positive program for conservative governance has the Republican Party Establishment put forth for which you can affirmatively vote?
20 years of college down the drain. . . .
On the other hand, any time a Democrat loses is a happy day for me.
Hey, the first lady says Blacks can eat fried chicken if they vote for Dims. Isn’t that racist?
I just realized it's been eight years since I've been back to Japan...I was in Osaka when I heard the news about the '06 election debacle, with both Houses going back to the Democrats. That was a sour mood day; I remember wondering what country I was going to be coming back to the next week. Even then, however, I would never have guessed it to be the one I am living in today--which is why I am not "sour," but determined, whatever it takes, to protect this nation and all it stands for from the attacks of all enemies, foreign and domestic.
I got one of those I voted stickers, but modified it.
I legitimized the plunder
Not purposefully trying to miss your point, but what are you saying? I only had one vote, but I did as much as I could with it to delegitimize the plunder. It mostly involved voting for the GOP [ah—that must be what you mean; I was thick there for a minute] but I had the opportunity to vote for one Libertarian and one Independent. I also voted against two special interests, and against one potential future tax hike. As I said, enjoyed every minute.
They forgot to give me an I Voted sticker. I haven’t missed it. I’m not creative enough to properly modify it, as you are, I guess. ;)
LOL! I read the passage this way...

Listen to Danielle Glover, 28, who voted in Commerce City, an industrial suburb northeast of Denver. Even though she hopes Democrats can maintain their communist, statist, and tyrannical stranglehold over the nation by holding off a Republican takeover of the Senate, her low information voter IQ keeps her optimistic that hope and change will ultimately rule the day: “I would hope that once we get past the election, that elected officials from both parties can sit down and work on policies together. And of course there’s no better way to do this than to continue having the communists run the Senate.”
