Why wait for Obola to do anything? The Republicans now have control of the Executive Branch budget. Amount for minions (including “Czars”) not specified by the Constitution: $0. Amount for travel (since King Obama needs a 40 car motorcade) : $0 unless he gets permission from Congress to travel.
