Harry owns this; because he shut the senate down and only allowed votes on 0’s agenda, dims running for reelection got stuck with ads pointing out that they voted with 0 94, 95, 98% of the time. Harry's strategy condemned them to being pinned to 0 with no escape. You can't explain away 95% agreement with a president owning a 38% approval rating in a 30 sec ad.
