Whats the point in adding Amendments if we cant enforce the existing ones? That is a common concern and easily addressed.
The only worthwhile amendments are structural, like those proposed by Mark Levin, which cannot be ignored any easier than even year elections.

That is a common concern and easily addressed.I get what you are saying, BUT...ENFORCE THE LAWS WE HAVE. If that DOESN'T work, then Article V. The laws we have now are adequate, and non-negotiable. They MUST be enforced. Those that fail to enforce them must be punished to the harshest extent. The answer to a failure to enforce laws IS NOT to pass more laws. The laws on the books are just as "un-ignorable" as any other. ENFORCE THE LAWS WE HAVE. When that's done, and it fails to work, then we can talk Article V.
