The Republican votes outweighed the Democrat votes (legal and illegal) by enough to insure a win in the runoff. Unless the magic numbers of 61 or 67 come into play there really is no point in spending the money. After all, its THEIR money not ours that’s at risk. Big difference.
I guess the Democrats pulled their ad for Mary Landfill that compared her to Viagara, saying that “Both will rise to the occasion”.
