I’m certain that some communist-assed college girl radical compiled this list.
— You must allow us to be more destructive than you’d normally tolerate.
— You can’t wear defensive riot gear and we get to throw missiles at you.
— You shall not try to contain our protest boundaries.
These demands aren’t intended to avoid conflict, they’re designed to facilitate a violent response. Even if submitted in good faith by whomever wrote these up, they’re laying down guidelines for bad faith actors.

Threaten in advance to take away their EBT Cards. All else will be unnecessary. But our Gov. has plans to run as Hillary’s VP (IMO). He will not do anything to jeopardize that, even if the Palestinians, Black Panthers, and other outside agitators take Ferguson apart.
