Being raised by a Libertarian did imprint Rand in some ways. A bit of Libertarianism can be a good thing.

OK..... I should have paid better attention to my Poli Sci Classes in College, but, I need someone to help me out here. Do they not have to have a Quorum to conduct Senate Business? What if the Pubbies just skipped out during the Lame Duck Session? If they do not have a Quorum, then Harry Reid could not pass anything. Usually a Quorum requires that 4/5 of the members be present. If the Pubbies skipped out, only 55 Dems would be there and they would be short 25 members to make up the Quorum. I dunno, maybe I'm all wet here.
