Margaret Sanger said it herself. She said the “negro race was inferior” and wanted to “eliminated it” So yea I truly believe this story. I believe there are people in the world who would pull something like this. Just plain evil.
Margaret Sanger is irrelevant to the discussion at hand: she died nearly a half century ago.
