All kinds of Alaskans get absentee ballots sent to them then never fill them out, throw away and vote on election day. Thats why many are still out; they will never be sen back in.

Thats why many are still out; they will never be sen back in.I wouldn't put it past the Dems to find any way to have thrown away absentee ballots to be "sent in" when it comes to counting votes.
