Obama is very big on setting up that straw man, and knocking it down.

So because we can’t or won’t deport 11 million people, that means we have to have an executive amnesty?

So because Congress has waited too long, in Obama’s opinion, to act on an issue, that means we have to have an executive amnesty?

Does any of this make sense to any of you??

GOP needs to quickly send up a border security bill & watch Obola veto. Nothing more than a security measure. Wishful thinking with GOPe but they need to play hardball with this douche.

Don’t “poison the well” - as in “we can work with you on this if you don’t create ill will by cutting us out”

Republicans have got to ditch Boehner.

"We don't have the capacity to deport 11 million people -- everybody agrees on that," he said.

The IRS doesn't have the capacity to stop 100 million American taxpayers from violating the Internal Revenue regulations either.

But they charge a small percentage of the violators and make an example out of an even smaller number. That is enough to keep most of the rest of the taxpayers from violating the regs.

This action would be unconstitutional.

1. It's 40 MILLION

2. Saying we don't have the capacity to deport millions sounds a lot like "the science is settled".

In the article Obama claims not having an immigration reform makes it harder to deport those illegals that are criminals... What does that mean? What kind of bizarro country do we live in? There are laws on the books to deport anyone here illegally, just enforce the law!

“U.S. President Barack Obama defended his plan to use executive powers to implement some immigration reforms, saying in an interview broadcast on Sunday he had waited long enough for Congress to act.”

I’m not a lawyer but is there the possibility of a restraining order to prevent this?

Eisenhower wouldn't if he were alive today.

This is what we get for electing an affirmative action president with forged credentials, schooled in Islam in his youth, tutored in his teen years by a revolutionary Marxist and convicted pedophile, an adoring student of a black supremacy cult in adulthood, whose political career was kick started by a violent extremist with Final Solution ambitions for tens of millions of us, and whose administration features suspiciously large numbers of covert jihadists, race warriors and other deranged extremists.

I wonder if it has anything to do with Mexico’s Attorney General Marisela Morales wanting to sue Obama for “Fast and Furious” and possibly reveal that high level officials were involved with it.

Remove all welfare and tax rebates, revoke their 0bama phones, and penalize employeers who hire illegals.

The illegals will figure out what is their best option, and go home

Pass that crap executive order if a temporary solution is what the activists want. I don’t think a 2016 Democrat presidential candidate wants to run on the platform of extending such an unpopular action.

Sub “will” for “capacity”.

Yes, we do. This is the country that put a man on the moon, built the Hoover Dam, and won WWII. We CAN deport ALL of them. I can do it for $550 million (assuming 11 million Illegals).

$50 bounty paid in cash at any US Border crossing, no taxes or fees collected.

Every redneck with a dually and a goose neck will be burning up I35 southbound....
