The whole Constitutional Arrangement of “Separation of Powers’ was designed to prevent this very thing!
As I understand it, “Executive Orders” were for administrative issues WITHIN the executive branch and are not supposed to affect the individual citizens.
Well, the republicans have both houses now and will likely have the white house in a couple of years. Let’s see how they intend to deal with some of these issues.
