Union jobs loading and re-loading the oil tankers, oil barges, oil trains, and oil storage facilities now. Those go away if the pipeline is built -> The pipeline is SAVING the money otherwise needed to pay people in those (democrat) states.
Pipeline employees and pipeline workers are in republican states!
Warren Buffet’s railroads are moving the oil now.
But, through it all, enviro opposition to ANY energy efficiency and lower energy costs ANYWHERE!
I do not believe the BNSF railroad is involved in moving that much Alberta crude. The BNSF does not own track in Canada. The CPRS and CN move the Alberta crude in Canada. Thackney(or anyone else) feel free to correct me if I am wrong.
The BNSF is heavily involved in moving ND crude oil. The ND oil will still move by train until there is a more efficient way to move it(pipeline or barge). The purpose of the KEYSTONE pipeline is NOT to move ND oil. It is to move Alberta oil.
