BS

“China promises to do something they need to do anyway, reduce pollution.”
Same old story - China, Russia and the Democratic Party promises one thing to obtain a concession. The US complies with the agreement, the other side doesn’t.
I will always remember George H.W. Bush finally giving in to Tip O’Neal and the DNC to raise taxes with their agreement to reduce spending by a significant amount. Bush signed off on the taxes too early because Tip and the DNC never intended to live up to the agreement, Instead they hung the sign, “No New Taxes” around his neck and Bush was let out of office.
Never agree to anything with the Chinese, Russian or Democrat, IMO. They will hang you out to dry.
Our dictator’s latest channel to impose even more tyranny on us.
