This one is a rarity in the packaged cereal selection...no sugar or salt added. Not very tasty but you can add the amount of sweetener or fruit that you are happy with.

Generic brands don’t advertise as much. Though I can’t eat Frosted Flakes all that much anymore for health reasons, that stuff I loaded with calories, and I am not a young kid with super metabolism anymore.

I personally eat oatmeal now. Not the flavored packets, and I put fruit slices into the oatmeal as opposed to sugar. Bananas are a favorite. Frosted Flakes are too much for me nowadays .
