That alone is a reason not to hire her. Who wants to bring in a new employee who tells you up front that they are "frequently debilitated" by ANYTHING. Just imagine several times every week or so when they get so "debilitated" they tell the boss they have to leave early to go home and toque up.
Oh well, there are lots of ways to get Disability checks, this may be one of them.
