She should try to get a pilot’s license and then apply for a job as a pilot. It looks like now, they’ll just have to take her.
Then, she’ll have another way to get high.

But seriously, employers should never reveal why they are not going to hire a candidate. If drug tests are used, the results should not be revealed to a candidate (have the candidate sign a statement attesting to this). After the employee is hired, and drug testing is utilized, there has to be a clear policy for termination with regards to positive drug testing. Employers must be certain that they have a confirmed (mass spec) positive test.
