Senate Democrats have re-elected Harry Reid of Nevada as their leader for the new Congress that convenes in January.

But he will serve as the minority leader instead of majority leader, thanks to Republicans’ success in the Nov. 4 elections. …

Well, at least it’s not just the GOP that is stuck on stupid, but I am saddened that the Republicans will do exactly what they did last time and just bend over.

Notice that the pubbies announced a unanimous vote. Dummies announced a closed session. Thanks to liberal transparency, we don’t know which of them would support veto overrides because we don’t know which 9nes support Dirty Harry’s obstructionist strategies.

According to ABC Radio News, there were 2 who voted against Reid: Joe Manchin (WVA) and Claire McCaskill (MO).

I am surprised, I figured Chuck Schumer would stick a stake in Dingy Hairy’s heart....

Maybe a back door deal has been made. Knowing Schumer and Dingy, I can imagine they do a lot of back door deals.
