Gruber never went to Congress critters and their highly paid puke staffers (who are in effect exempted from Obama care) much. He is too busy as an MIT professor. Sean Hannity had a guest on who said Gruber was not around Capitol Hill much.
Gruber had plenty of input in other ways. I can see him explaining it to Valerie Jarret for four hours and keeping her abreast many other occasions so she could explain it to imbecile Obama
