According to a report by TV Guide, “The Daily Show” host Jon Stewart is taking home between $25 and $30 million a year, topping broadcast network competitors Jay Leno and David Letterman, who have seen salary cuts in recent years.

That network is throwing money away. His ratings are nowhere near high enough to justify that.

Oh come on. Surely he isn't taking it home. He would be redistributing his wealth to others less fortunate right? I mean he's true to his beliefs isn't he?
