Disgusting child abuse, encouraging innocent children to carnal lusts.
When I had sex ed at that grade level, in Chicago, in the late 80s’, it was science-based explanations of the human reproductive system and child development. Not a how-to guide for illicit underage hookups.
The school district seems to have forgotten that sex with a minor is a crime. You would think that, if nothing else, they would see a liability issue there, in encouraging criminal acts.
