Initially, yes. But once people found out about this subterfuge and they eventually would, then what? Rats have been wanting single payer for more than a half century. That is the end game.

They knew that getting to single payer in one fell swoop would never fly. The camel's nose had to poke into the tent first before the whole animal could get in. Obamacare is the camel's nose. It was truly designed to fail. They had to disguise everything in it or it wouldn't have passed, but underlying the disguise were facts and figures that couldn't possibly succeed in reality.

Its the wealth transfer, stupid. People in youth and in good health pay more so old and sick people will pay less.

Some level of transfer is inherent in insurance, which is the socialization of risk. However, Obamacare does it to an extraordinary degree, transferring from the young to both the old and to the non-payers (including the leeches) of all ages. At the same time, it also manages to water down the quality of the healthcare delivered by narrowing the networks.

With private insurance, there is risk adjusted pricing--so that people less likely to get sick (the young) pay less. The question of how much wealth transfer insurance should have is an ongoing political and social one. For example, a person who has been paying, and then becomes ill shouldn't (in my opinion) find himself unable to renew. But, with this mess of a law, the transfer is extreme... and in many ways, hidden.

THIS is becoming the mainstay of the tactic that Dems and their 47%’rs are resorting to - to simply ignore the facts right in the plain of day.

Health Care HAS gone WAY up in cost and the rest of us (53% if you will) all know this.

What they are down to now is to stick with their dogma that has been proven to be a factual fantasy and it aligns with Obama’s latest comments about Gruber’s comments.

Obama flatly denies the US Public was lied to for Obamacare to be passed - when we all can see Gruber yell it out loud that Obama has lied to America to pass his Obamacare via Gruber strategy (to us Stupid Americans).

Their winning points now depend on people to think that up is down, black is white, day is night.

You have to be afflicted with a mental disease to believe this.

I believe that this is a myth that many people are starting to believe.

The truth is that Obamacare was about transfering resources from those who are young and healthy AND from those who are old and sick, to the elites in their mid-life.

For the old and sick who might have gotten care late in life, they will now be denied care if they are too old and no longer productive in society. The money that used to be spent on elderly care will be diverted to people in their 50s and 60s instead, as will the money that the young and healthy will pay into the system.

The truth is that Obamacare was about transfering resources from those who are young and healthy AND from those who are old and sick, to the elites in their mid-life.

I don't see a lot of transfer coming from the young and healthy to those between say, 55-65. I fall in that older age bracket and my premium ("silver" level coverage) from Blue Cross is slated to go from $480/month to $740/month in 2015. 60% increase. I'm not going to pay that, so I'll have to take "bronze" level coverage for the same cost as last year's silver level.

If the young and healthy are experiencing that kind of increase, they're screwed like I am. Only they'll drop coverage and pay the tax, while at my age, I'm not going to risk that, even though I'm presently in good health.

So the only real transfer that's going on is to cover those who aren't paying anything into the system, AKA Rat voters. It's just another welfare program that rapes the middle class (of all ages) to create a permanent dependency class (AKA Rat voters).

It's criminal the way the Rats continue to get away with taking money out of GOP voters' pockets and using it to secure votes for themselves.
