He wants to be president of Notre Shame after he retires from the papacy. Actually, it was lefty Kardinal Koch who lamented the fall of communism. He is the Vatican’s guy in charge of “ecumenism.” Maybe instead of demoting Ray Burke (future Leo XIV), Francis should sack Koch.
I don’t believe that Koch is saying anything that doesn’t meet with Papal approval - especially in the current climate of sacking dissenters.
