As much as I want the bill to pass, and it will, I'm kinda glad if failed this time. They've had six years to take this up and Reid wouldn't allow it. They did do a test vote a couple of years ago and eleven dem. senators voted yea, but Reid wouldn't bring it to a vote in the full Senate.
Like I said, I'm kinda glad it failed just to shove it up Mary Landrieu's somewhere!
