If seniors pay the higher premium , then there is less that the FED Govt., and their agent(Social Security/Medicare) can "claw back" in medical expenses,fees and estate taxes .

My medicare part D plan is with Express Scripts, not the federal govt. The others offered were WalMart, Humana, Cigna, AARP, etc. Is there one that is actually run by the feds?
