Harkin (nay) replaced by a very pro KXL Ernst.
There are more.
Johnson, and Udall (CO)
I changed my mind regarding my Post #2 above.
With 54 Republicans who will definitely vote for the pipeline, we will need 13 Democrats to join the yes vote in order to override the expected Obama veto.
Looking at the Democrats who voted Yes and subtracting those who will be gone next year (i.e. Landrieu and Hagen ), we only have 10 votes. Three short needed to override the veto.
The Democrats who voted yea and who will join to override are:
Bennet (D-CO)
Carper (D-DE)
Casey (D-PA)
Donnelly (D-IN)
Heitkamp (D-ND)
Manchin (D-WV)
McCaskill (D-MO)
Tester (D-MT)
Walsh (D-MT)
Warner (D-VA)
