Talk is cheap. Unfortunately, Flynn is Tom Barrett’s patsy, and is not serious about doing his job. The recent 99% vote of no confidence by Milwaukee Police Officers says it all.
I liked some of what he said such as the disproportionate amount of violence within the black community, but he lost at blaming the guns for the violence.
Not to me it doesn't. I put no trust in ANY vote held by ANY union.

No, there is an even greater racial disparity between those who COMMIT these murders and those who don't.

The black social justice scammers contend that blacks are at high risk of being killed by whites. ADDRESS THAT instead of blaming the guns and leaving the perps unidentified. Tell us about the racial disparity between the perps. Tell us what percentage of the perps are in black gangs. Refute the lies of social justice scammers DIRECTLY.
