There will be no impeachment proceedings. The GOP leadership will do some angry posturing, some of it will even be real anger. But there will be no effective action. The GOP's donor base wants to import cheap labor. They're not too concerned how it happens. The GOP elite's biggest concern with Obama's fiat Amnesty is how to game it to best possible political advantage for the GOP. Stopping it is not on the table. Making some kind of theatrical fuss as a sop to rank and file GOP voters is very much on the table.
I would love to be proven wrong and to see the GOP rise up and stop Obama, but I'm not holding my breath. Sadly, I predict that every bit of Obama's fiat Amnesty will eventually be made into law, bit by bit, over the next 10 years.

I say put pressure on members of Congress to duty their and impeach this SOB. Ignore the RINOS and bedwetters. After tomorrow, millions will be on the phone to DC melting the phone system. This executive amnesty is going to blow up in Obama's face.
