Jeez, is that the creep’s booking photo? I find it a positive thing that he was found through “familial DNA” matching, a technique that may identify more unidentified killers in the future.
It's great that law enforcement can look at the data base and not find a match but does find a "near" match and be able to say, "well, this is not the guy but it is one of his siblings, let's check them out".
