The GOP should make clear that PRESIDENTIAL EO'S ARE NOT LAW and can be easily overturned.

It should be made obvious that any undocumented immigrant stepping into the light of any government agency can be easily identified in the future and, by signing up for anything during this period, will therefore risk the outcome of future legislative reversal.
