Based on my own experience most illegals are truly illiterate. One reason many cannot learn to speak, read, write in English even after being here many years is they were illiterate in their own language as well. Most end up staying illiterate in both languages. There are rare exceptions but not many.
The people in Ferguson will be in for a huge surprise when they find them taking their jobs.
