For the record, I hate this lawsuit. Basically, if the GOP were to win this case, then they would essentially succeed in getting Obamacare FULLY implemented, exactly as it was written into law! How frickin’ bass-ackwards is this???

Perhaps, but the progressive Dems own this monstrosity of a law. Let it either be implemented in full, or not at all, preferably not at all.

Tthe people most instrumental in implementing this law (UNIONS) have been shielded from the impact of the law. ART OF WAR is to bring the fight to the people influencing the war but not on the front lines. Bring the Unions into the monster and see how fast they turn on Obama.

The best way to get rid of a bad law is to enforce it to the letter.

It’s not back asswards. It’s exactly their goal.

They don’t hate Obamacare. They hate that it has his name on it, and not their’s. If it had been named Romneycare, they would have been pleased as could be.

that’s really not the point, if they were to win they would fully demonstrate how Obama has made the Legislative branch of Government no more.

They are now wineing to Obamas injustice system like common citizens that he is not upholding the law. The same injustice system that no longer has any inclination to even read laws rather than pronouce their own independent edicts on ideological policy.

There is a schism now among the federal court system between a shrinking minority inclined to uphold law and a growing majority simply interested in advancing an thinly veiled ideology imposed as law by Federal injustices in black robes.

The issues in the case are far larger than whatever impact it has on BarryCare.
