Exactly time to bring back Federalism-the only problem is that work visas ARE issued by the Federal Govt.
Provided that the work permits have an “issue date” on them, the governors could simply state that any permit issued after a certain date will not be honored. Unfortunately this would affect people here legally as well. But you can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs.
