A Colorado congressman is doing exactly what Republican leaders in Washington dont want him to do: suggest the possibility of impeaching President Barack Obama.
Republican U.S. Rep. Doug Lamborn of Colorado Springs asked his supporters and constituents today to take a poll about how Congress should respond to Obamas expected action on immigration.
The options: defund the request, impeach the president, sue the president, censure the president, do nothing. A screenshot of the survey from a link on his Facebook page, first reported by the Colorado Independent, is above.
GOP leaders dont want the i-word mentioned at all they think it will only help Democrats.
~~snip~~
Apparently Lamborn didnt get the message.

You would defy your Emperor? Such talk is TREASON! Our Dear Leader must be obeyed!
I’m expecting a beheading. I regret that I only have one life to give for my country.
He’s my congresscritter here.
But it will go nowhere. The GOP leadership is not upset about amnesty - they were on board with it for years now.
They’re angry Obama stole the credit.
You can’t count on Republicans to save the country. Boner and McConman are not the kind of guys to stand up to Obama.
Anyway, its a done deal and America is gone.
Glad to see there’s one Congressman in the house not afraid to speak out. Good for Doug Lamborn.
God Bless Rep. Doug Lamborn for not selling out to political correctness that we see in the republican establishment, on Fox along with the supporters of the liberal republicans.
The list from the article:
“The options:
defund the request,
impeach the president,
sue the president,
censure the president,
do nothing.”
If I lived in his district, I would respond thus to the poll:
IMPEACH!!!
(
Sen. Sessions: No, we are not going to impeach Obama

As another FReeper suggested: is it so incredibly farfetched that we might choose (e): “ALL OF THE ABOVE”?
It’s bizarre, this “one option to a customer” mentality which has crept into this depate (probably furthered by the MSM); Obama should be hit from 50 different directions at once: lawsuits, state nullification of the EO (i.e. pretend it doesn’t exist—”Let him enforce it!”), impeachment proceedings, defunding everything but the true essentials of the federal government (which may be about 5-20% of what’s currently being funded), etc.
ALL OF THE ABOVE!!!
Not reported by US media — the German Press had to do it.
The German caption reads: “Obama declares the New World Order”.
I have already spoken to my representatives to begin impeachment. That is only thing that I can do is to call them and give them my input / view. I think many republicans want this amnesty done and off of the table before 2016. Jeb Bush is out there saying, we need a debate on immigration reform and to help people so they can out of the shadows. The republicans don’t know what to do with Obama, in my opinion. Even Jeff Sessions said he doesn’t know if the party will support defunding Obama’s amnesty.
Sessions has said over and over he doesn’t know what they (the leadership) are going to do. To be winners, they are acting like losers. It’s disgraceful, no one came out last night to rebuke Obama from the leadership.
But “all of the above “ includes doing nothing.
When I looked at it, I said, well. all the things listed EXCEPT impeachment proceedings have been or are being done.
Lawsuits are being filed, defunding bills are being introduced, there’s been a lot of censure, and some dems etc are doing nothing.
:) Well... okay, fair enough. Cram in “all of the above” as choice #4, *below* “nothing”...
Now that you mention it, I was “burned” in a multiple choice test in high school history class, that way: the teacher had “none of the above” before “all of the above”, and he insisted that “all of the above” was right, despite my arguing that it was impossible. Ah, well...
