That pistol would look about as real as necessary under any sudden circumstance. But did the boy act threatening with it in any way, when patrolmen arrived? It appears that the supervisor stated otherwise, but maybe something else will come up.

As the article stated. . .was observed hiding the weapon when they drove up and drew the weapon instead of putting hands in air when directed.
