"How"? Well, it's a process. You have to, first of all, be a little sissy who has no ba**s. Then you have to get yourself elected to the U.S. Congress/Senate as a Republican and once you accomplish that, you join up with the GOP Elites who show up at the White House every morning to give Obama a good morning kiss on his a**. Like I say, it's a process.
