The guy is a fool….Most smart people have left New York State…I got out in 1980…the state is run by fools…thanks to NYCity..Lake effect snow is hard to forecast…In Syracuse one weekend they predicted 3 to 6 and we got 58 inches..

Seems kind of pointless. He’ll have to rely on the same sources of info.
I think most of us around the great lakes have long since been watching the weather reports while making our own predictions.
