Yes, I feel bad for the young graduates. What is even worse is try job hunting when you are 55. At least the young can hope for something in the future. When you are 55, not so much.I recently had an interview that I thought was going well until the man asked me. “How long do you plan on working?” I was shocked and humiliated. The government is raising the age of retirement but the employers only want the under 45 crowd.
