My little town has one black family. They moved here just because they can live their lives in peace. The oldest son is going to MSU and plans to be a farmer.

Just so. The reason there are all black neighborhoods is that there are a residue of people, not only those who cannot manage to move out, but those who stay to prey on the vulnerable. No one should be expected to move in, where there is crime, bad schools, punks running the streets and shooting each other on Saturday nights.

Does anyone else sense that this article is totally vapid and meaningless?
