I still don’t see how ISIS is harming our economy. They are harming the economies of the Middles East.
They can’t kidnap our soldiers if we are not over there, which we have no business being over there. We’re not helping ourselves or anyone else.
But doesn’t the article say Rand wants boots over there? That is how they will be captured.
