How do you get police scanner app?
I've been visited twice by local police because they can not get in touch with my next door neighbor. Police have a warrant for her arrest but can't get in touch with her.
The second time they came out they asked me the usual questions (had I seen her lately; had I seen any activity at her house, etc.), then thanked me and said go back inside they were going to run lights and siren - just ignore it and stay inside. They could hear someone in the house but no one would answer. AFAIK no one came out so I'm wondering if the police will come back out to serve the warrant. She did not show up for court date - crime was animal cruelty.
Would be neat to keep tabs on police scanner - because I am nosy and be cause her bahaviour has pulled me into the whole deal. She holds me responsible because I talked to the police. What should I do - hide in my house and not answer the police's knock on my door.
Older neighbors have told me "she's not right" and some such.
Info on police scanner may give me all the heads up I need - because I have a feeling "she's not right", too.

There are quite a number of them available for all mobile platforms (e.g Scanner Radio). Just have to search for “police scanner”. Of course whether the local PD allows the feed is another story.
Also various websites have the feeds. Just type in “police scanner online” in Google and there will be lots of choices. Unfortunately it is still a story of the PD letting that feed go out. Many of them are on delay and can be cut at any moment.
