Yes I assume that if a person had been indicted, they would have already been told to turn themselves in, and in this case, he would have needed extra protection, etc

A prime time announcement of an indictment would be a perfect setting for the agitators (Sharpton has a news conf. set for 9:15) to go on TV and proclaim that America is finally admitting that it's racist...blah....blah.

The WH would of course tweet saying Obama is proud of America for finally admitting its longstanding unfairness. Much work needs to be done, and I'm here to help...blah...blah
