USA Today already said No indictment and the prosecutor is still giving the background history at the presser hasn’t said the decision yet...
He just mentioned that officers have right to defend themselves with deadly force.
He also just happened to mention that ANYONE can use deadly force to defend themselves (just in case some looters/rioters weren’t aware of that)
No charges against Wilson.
