Iranian diplomat Abbas Araghchi, another member of the negotiating team, is reported to have said in an interview that during past negotiations in Geneva, Zarif “shouted” at Kerry and spoke to him in a way that was likely “unprecedented” in the history of U.S. diplomacy.

That's because it's not "diplomacy", it's capitulation... and in the minds of the Iranian nutjobs, the horse-faced ass clown is taking too long to surrender.

If I were negotiating with this fool, I'd tell him, that while he was asleep, we've injected him with an invisible microchip that tells us his location at all time via the GPS.
