Hotel Restaurants hardly ever open ,not enough people , you have to find a Taco Stand or catch your own fish

We went to Acapulco about 40 years ago. Even then we were told that it was not safe to leave the hotel compound and go into town or the marketplace. After three days, I got “Montezuma’s Revenge” and left the next day never to return.
