I lay this at the feet of the DA. If he had publicly stated that no-one would be prosecuted for using deadly force to protect his property these businesses would have stood a chance. As it is they had to choose to let the ferals destroy their livelyhood or get persecuting for putting some of the animals down.
There’s not much you can do about folks who want to burn down their community.

I lay it at the feet of the parents. Their “independent autopsy” proved the kid was in “charge” stance. If they had simply said something to the effect of “What he did was wrong and he paid for it with his life” instead of playing the victim card, things may be very different.
The last thing any govt official wants is armed honest people defending themselves from criminals. They might come after him next.
I noticed that a parking lot full of cars was torched. Most insurance policies don’t cover that kind of destruction......................Now the ones who have jobs can’t get to work and still have to pay for a burned out car they don’t have......................
